Well hello there!
Today i'm showing you a cute christmas polish i picked up from Boots at the weekend! "Gold" is part of the Deco Darling range by Lisa Eldridge currently at Boots and is characterised by large gold glitter particles. Boots suggest you can either wear the product alone or as a top coat. I decided to wear the polish alone and after about 3 coats this is what it looked like on!
I think this is a really glitzy christmas polish that is extremely reasonable for £5.50. A dupe of this is currently available by Revlon and is called "Sequins" which is priced at £6.49.
I know some peeps can only find glitter nail polishes useful as a topcoat, but i love a good glitter polish and this one works perfectly well alone. In the words of Lady Gaga, "i'm just changing the world one sequin at a time!".
Also, if you buy two or more No7 products at the moment you can get a free Art Deco gift worth over £26! Now for some reason as i bought six products from the No7 range (more on that later) i got three of these boxes! However i think the assistant was mistaken as you're only supposed to receive one per transaction.. i guess it was my lucky day!
I hope you like this review, it was quite tricky to get my hands on this as she had to take it especially from a gift set as apparently they have been very popular!
Thankyou xoxo
**UPDATE**
This nail polish didn't last so long on my nails despite a top coat, possibly because i had to create so many layers to get good coverage, only lasted about four days tops, a bit disappointed but hey-ho!
